It looks like Xbox Live is having issues again, as Xbox Live inactivity reports surfaced again this May 7th, making this the second day in a row that Xbox Live is experiencing issues!! It’s been just under 24 hours since the network was down for over half a day yesterday, affecting online gaming, cloud gaming and more!

May 7 Xbox Live Down status and updates:

Update: Microsoft says they are still working on the issues and players should see improvements with launching games by restarting their Xbox consoles.

The weird thing here is that Xbox Live went down on May 7th and was fixed after an hour or two, but now (at 4pm ET) the Xbox Live servers are down again!

As for the official Xbox status page, it currently shows that “Store & subscriptions”, “Cloud gaming & remote play”, “Games & games” have issues and are labeled as “limited”.

Earlier today (at or around 1pm ET), Xbox Live servers went down, and it started with entertainment apps like Netflix, Hulu and others:

Microsoft has confirmed that entertainment apps appear to be sorted based on Microsoft’s tweet, with online games and cloud gaming still having issues, although they were eventually sorted, here is the series of tweets:
