Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl will launch on November 19, 2021. There is no release date for Pokemon Shining Pearl and Brilliant Diamond PlayStation for PS5 and PS4, as both Gen 4 remakes are Nintendo Switch exclusives.

Unfortunately, the Pokemon Diamond and Pearl remakes are unlikely to ever arrive on Sony’s PlayStation platforms. Nintendo and The Pokemon Company do not port games from the popular Pokemon series to competing platforms.

Of course, that also rules out a Pokemon Brilliant Diamond launch and Shining Pearl Xbox Game Pass. Game Pass subscribers will not be able to download and play Pokemon Diamond and Pearl remakes for free on their Xbox consoles.

PC gamers can play Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl on Nintendo Switch after its release on November 19, 2021. Pokemon Shining Pearl and Brilliant Diamond dedicated PC ports will not be available on Steam, Epic Games Store, Windows 10 or elsewhere.

The main Pokemon series is exclusive to Nintendo platforms. While there are official spinoff games on mobile, there is no precedent for entries making their way to personal computers and / or Apple Mac hardware.
