ANearly hundreds of nominations and thousands of votes cast, the 2022 MCV/DEVELOP Awards were finally awarded on April 28, at a ceremony at The Brewery in London hosted by comedian and gaming industry veteran Imran Yusuf .

Two years after the last event, guests, supporters and finalists were out in force, representing some of the most famous and successful organisations, not just within the UK games industry, but around the world. Thanks to their efforts over the past two years, the 2022 ceremony was a remarkable occasion, once again honoring the creativity, success and innovation that are forever unique to the UK games industry. .

As in 2020, finalists were named by a select group representing all aspects of the games industry, from art, design, programming to media, publishing, retail, recruitment and beyond. Then it was about VCM/DEVELOP readership and the editorial team to decide the winners.

Pictures from the evening are available via the awards websiteand give our 2022 finalists and winners a final round of applause!
